By accessing and using Far Eastern Economic Review website feer.com (http://www.feer.com) ("feer.com"), you are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms of use. Feer.com is a news and information service from the Far Eastern Economic Review, published by Review Publishing Co. Ltd. ("RPCL"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Dow Jones & Company, Inc. ("Dow Jones").

1. GENERAL By using feer.com, you are indicating that:

(i) you are 18 years old or older (or the minimum age required to legally view feer.com, in the jurisdiction in which you are viewing);

(ii) you have read and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Privacy Policy Statement and the Cookie Disclosure Statement; and

(iii) by accessing any content on or through feer.com you are not in breach or violation, and you will not take any action that may cause RPCL to be in breach or violation, of any law in your jurisdiction.

FEES AND PAYMENTS You agree to pay the Subscription Fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your username and password for feer.com (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Subscription Fees will be billed at the beginning of your subscription or any renewal. All fees and charges are non-refundable. We may change the fees and charges then in effect, or add new fees or charges, by giving you notice in advance. If you want to use a different credit card or there is a change in credit card validity or expiration date, or if you believe someone has accessed feer.com using your username and password without your authorization, you must call feer.com Customer Service at the telephone numbers posted under "About Us". You are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access feer.com through an Internet access provider or other third party service.

RPCL may change the terms in this Agreement at any time. The changes will appear in this document which can be accessed at any time by visiting http://www.feer.com/legal/terms.html . If you do not agree to be bound by the changes, you should cancel your subscription feer.com. Therefore, you should read these Terms of Use before you begin using feer.com and each time you access feer.com. You may print and keep a copy of these Terms of Use for your reference.

RPCL may change or discontinue any aspect or feature of feer.com at any time, including but not limited to content, hours of availability and ability to access. RPCL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access or use of feer.com at any time, with or without notice. Sections 2 and 3 of this Agreement shall survive termination.

2. COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARKS AND LIMITATIONS ON USE

You may not use feer.com for any unlawful purpose.

The content available on feer.com is the property of RPCL and its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Content received through feer.com may be displayed, reformatted, and printed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate the content received through feer.com to anyone, including but not limited to others in the same company or organization, without the express prior consent of RPCL, with this one exception:

You may, on an occasional and irregular basis, disseminate and transmit an insubstantial portion of content from feer.com, for a non-commercial purpose and without charge, to a limited number of individuals, provided you include all copyright and other proprietary rights notices with such portion of the content in the same form in which the notices appear in feer.com and the phrase, "Used with permission from Far Eastern Economic Review".

You may not post any content from feer.com to newsgroups, mail lists, electronic bulletin boards or websites without the prior consent of RPCL.

IN ACCESSING THE CONTENT AVAILABLE ON FEER.COM OR THROUGH FEER.COM YOU AGREE TO DO SO SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND WILL TAKE YOUR OWN ADEQUATE PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT AGAINST DAMAGE FROM SUCH DESTRUCTIVE MATERIAL.

4. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

Feer.com contains hyperlinks to websites operated by persons other than RPCL and Dow Jones. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference and convenience only. You agree not to hold RPCL or Dow Jones responsible for the content or operation of such web sites. A hyperlink from feer.com to another website does not imply or mean that Dow Jones endorses the content on that website or the operator or operations of that site. You are solely responsible for determining the extent to which you may use any content at any other websites to which you might link from this website.

5. LINKING TO feer.com

RPCL will disallow any hyperlink to feer.com from your website without RPCL'S approval.

6. ADDITIONAL LEGAL TERMS

THE LAWS OF HONG KONG SHALL GOVERN THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AND ALL ACTIONS CONTEMPLATED BY THESE TERMS OF USE. These Terms of Use will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

All rights not expressly granted herein are hereby reserved. These Terms of Use are the entire and final agreement regarding feer.com and its content, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications between Dow Jones, RPCL and you regarding feer.com and its content.
